Rome, January 16, 2017<\/strong> – Digital Magics<\/strong>, business incubator<\/em> listed on AIM market of Italian Stock Exchange (symbol: DM), announces the entry of Marco Guarna <\/strong>into the team. Inside Digital Magics Marco Guarna will monitor all activities of Digital Magics Roma<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 acting as a Partner<\/strong>. Digital Magics Roma is the fourth branch of the incubator, born to support – along with Talent Garden Poste Italiane – the innovative startups and businesses as concerns the Open Innovation<\/em> programs in Lazio and Central Italy.<\/p>\n

Born in Milan in 1971, and also father of two sons, Marco Guarna earned a degree in Philosophy and holds several Masters in HR and management respectively at: LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome; INSEAD, Business School in France and IMD, International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland. Marco Guarna\u00c2\u00a0 boasts over 20 years experience in Technology Staffing and in the digital field.<\/p>\n

He began his career in 1999 by joining Adecco, where he held various positions in the business units of the Group before\u00c2\u00a0 becoming Managing Director of Switzerland for Ajilon and for Computer People Italia. In 2007 he joined Spring Technology, London society dedicated to recruitment in the IT sector, with the role of Managing Director for Italy. In 2009, he was again part of Adecco after the acquisition of Spring by the Group. He served on the Executive Committee of Adecco Italy and has been Managing Director of major companies in the Adecco Group such as Modis, specialised in the professionals of Information & Communication Technology and euro engineering, engineering consulting firm.<\/p>\n
