The Board of Directors of Digital Magics SpA, business incubator<\/em> listed on the AIM Italia market (symbol: DM), organised and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, resolved to call the Shareholders in an Extraordinary Meeting<\/strong>, simultaneously to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled for April 29<\/strong> in first call and April 30<\/strong> in second call.<\/p>\n

The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is called to approve the 2018 Financial Statements, to appoint the administrative body and to authorise the purchase and sale of treasury shares.<\/p>\n

The Extraordinary Meeting is called to amend the:<\/p>\n

  1. subscription price per share for the 2018-2024 Incentive Plan and related Regulations;<\/li>\n
  2. subscription price per share for the Digital Magics WIN 2018-2022 Warrants and related Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
