Dada will acquire a 25% equity stake in 4w MarketPlace\u00c2\u00a0via a contribution from DADA\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s\u00c2\u00a0Register.it \u00e2\u20ac\u201c the owner of ProAdv\/Simply \u00c2\u00a0\u00e2\u20ac\u201c to the company. \u00c2\u00a0The value of the transaction amounts to approx. \u00e2\u201a\u00ac2,1m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other shareholders include AIM Italia listed <strong>Digital Magics<\/strong> (whose shareholding will decrease from 43% to to 32% following the transaction) and venture capital firm Principia Sgr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Founded in 2009 and incubated within <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.digitalmagics.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Digital Magics<\/a><\/strong>, 4w MarketPlace is an advertising\u00c2\u00a0network collecting over 500 web and mobile sites offering to advertisers an entire range of formats for PC, Tablet and smartphone.\u00c2\u00a0In 2014, the company had revenue of \u00e2\u201a\u00ac4.4m with approx. 30 employees in Milan, Fisciano (Salerno) and Rome. ProAdv\/Simply is a programmatic display, video and mobile\u00c2\u00a0marketplace that connects publishers and advertisers . Its network currently counts over 30k publishers in Italy, Spain, France an UKgenerating 2 billion impressions a month. In 2014, the company had \u00e2\u201a\u00ac2.4m in\u00c2\u00a0revenues.
