Vincenzo Tiberio Mantia is a chartered accountant, auditor and business consultant from 1992. Mantia\u00c2\u00a0has, also,\u00c2\u00a0 a detailed experience of accounting and tax law regarding service club organization, he is \u00c2\u00a0the co-founder of Civitan Club Roma and Civitan Club Palermo an international organization of volunteer service clubs around the world, dedicated to helping their own communities.
