DIGITAL MAGICS SHARES: FIRST TRADING DAY ON AIM ITALIA
Milan, 31 July 2013 – Digital Magics, the venture incubator of digital startups, informs that trading of its ordinary shares began today on AIM Italia – Mercato Alternativo del Capitale (Alternative Capital Market), a multilateral trading facility organized and managed by Borsa Italiana (Ticker: DM – ISIN: IT0004900160).
The first price was 7.69 euro, with an increase of 2.5% compared to the placement price of 7.50 euro. The stock has traded 15,600 shares on the first day, reaching a market capitalization of approximately 25.5 million euros. It closed the session at a stable price of euro 7.49, very close to the listing price.
