Digital Magics: Tamburi Investment Partners now holds 23% of the share capital

 

Milan, November 2, 2017

Digital Magics, business incubator listed on the AIM market of the Italian Stock Exchange (symbol: DM), announces that today, pursuant to the Rules on Transparency and to  article 17 of the AIM Italia Rules for Issuers,  it has received notice, from the shareholder Tamburi Investment Partners SpA, that the 20% materiality threshold has been exceeded. Tamburi Investment Partners SpA – following the exercise of Digital Magics Warrants 2017-2022 during the first exercise period ended October 31st 2017 – declares that it now holds an aggregate total of no. 1,684,719 Shares, representing 23.043% of the new share capital of Digital Magics SpA (amounting to EUR 7,311,178), of which directly no. 1,491,305 Shares (20.398%) and no. 193,414 shares (2.645%) through its wholly owned  subsidiary company Clubuno Srl.
