A corporate vehicle and a seed accelerator of which, as of December 31st 2017, Digital Magics holds 35% of the share capital (and is therefore the reference shareholder) following a nominee transaction as part of a reserved capital increase approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of Digital Magics and finalized in February 2017. Withfounders was established by Giulio Valiante (already involved in successful operations such as Buongiorno-Vitaminic, SaldiPrivati, Jobrapido, Glamoo and Volagratis) together with five other Italian business angels and serial entrepreneurs, Withfounders currently holds (directly or indirectly) shareholdings in nine operating companies, investments (directly or indirectly) in two companies no longer in operation (Jusp SpA and Formabilio Srl — both in liquidation) and shareholdings in two companies already a part of Digital Magics’ portfolio (DeRev Srl and Digital Events Srl, the latter no longer operational and recently put into liquidation).
