DIGITAL MAGICS AND QUADRIVIO CAPITAL SGR: SIGNED A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT TO CO-INVEST IN INNOVATIVE STARTUPS
Synergies will be developed between subsidiaries of the Italian certified incubator listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and companies part of the investment group in venture capital, in addition to its fund TTVenture
Milan, March 18,  2015 – Digital Magics, – certified incubator of innovative digital startups and digital scaleups, listed on the AIM market of the Italian Stock Exchange (symbol: DM) –  and QUADRIVIO CAPITAL SGR – the Italian leading group specializing in alternative investments and among the most important players in venture capital in Italy thanks to its TTVenture fund – signed a framework agreement to develop co-investments in innovative startups.
Thanks to periodic meetings, the incubator will share with the investment group in venture capital a selection of startups, research projects, patents and digital innovations that offer content and services with high technological value and high growth potential. QUADRIVIO CAPITAL SGR may decide, case-by-case, whether to co-invest in the initiatives proposed by Digital Magics, and support during the ramp up and growth phase of the companies.
As part of the agreement, Digital Magics and QUADRIVIO CAPITAL SGR will also be able to develop synergies and partnerships between startups and scaleups present in their portfolio’s, with the goal of creating a true network of relationship, sharing of expertise and know-how to encourage new business opportunities of the subsidiaries.
Thus, QUADRIVIO CAPITAL SGR enters the Digital Magics Angel Network: the informal network of private investors, industrial and financial investors participating with the venture incubator in the selection, mentorship and investment activities on ideas proposed, on the digital ventures under development and already developed by Digital Magics.
