DIGITAL MAGICS APPOINTS BANK AKROS AS A NEW NOMAD AND SPECIALIST

Notice pursuant to article 17 of the AIM Italia Rules for Issuers

 

Milan, May 31, 2017 – Digital Magics SpA, business incubator listed on the market AIM Italia, organised and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange (symbol: DM), announces that today, pursuant to article 17 of the AIM Italia Rules for Issuers, it has appointed Banca Akros SpA as Nominated Adviser and Specialist. Both roles will be effective as of June 12, 2017.

Banca Akros SpA, on the market for over 15 years, Investment Bank and Private Banking of the Gruppo Banco BPM, is the benchmark for institutional investors, companies and individuals in Italy.

Banca Akros SpA will succeed Integrae SIM SpA who will continue to cover the role as Nominated Adviser and Specialist until June 11 2017.

These formal assignment terminations with Integrae SIM SpA were also notified in the same ways to Italian Stock Exchange.
