The Sicilian branch of the incubator Digital Magics supports the startup which operates in the travel world and which has developed an app to find and book the most convenient flights and hotels, in 3 simple clicks and in just 4 minutes, thanks to their proprietary technology

Tripoow will be present at the 55th edition of the TTG Travel Experience, the Italian event of reference for the promotion of world tourism in Italy, in Rimini from October 10 to October 12 2018

Palermo, October 8 2018 – The innovative Catania startup Tripoow (www.tripoow.com), the first virtual smart tour operator, enters the portfolio of Digital Magics Palermo: the Sicilian headquarters of the most important incubator of digital startups “Made in Italy”, active throughout Italy, in collaboration with the partner company Factory Accademia.

Thanks to the proprietary technological algorithms, to Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, the Tripoow app (available on the App Store  and Play Store) is able to find all travel solutions –  flight, hotel and ancillary services – at the most convenient price in 3 simple clicks.

The user inserts the budget at their disposal within the application, Tripoow processes and shows the possible destinations reachable with that budget, diversified by weekends, week-long or intercontinental trips. Once the user has chosen the best combination, according to their needs, it is possible to make a reservation.

In just 4 minutes Tripoow provides a resolution for the problem of travelers looking for low cost solutions and to book a complete trip, simply by using the app. Thanks to Tripoow it is possible to organise all the aspects of the holiday and obtain a significant advantage in terms of costs.

From October 10th to 12th 2018 Tripoow will present its innovative services and the latest news of the application at the 55th edition of the TTG Travel Experience, the Italian reference event for the promotion of world tourism in Italy, held in Rimini from October 10th to 12th (Pavilion\Hall A5 – Stand 04).

Founded in March 2016, Tripoow obtained a loan of over 1 million Euro from Invitalia in December 2016, thanks to the ‘Smart&Start Italia’ program. Since 2018 it has obtained a Tour Operator and Travel Agency license. There are over 12,000 users who have downloaded and currently use the Tripoow app.

The startup has a team of 12 and has established important business partnerships with Italian and international companies such as Beepry and Kiwi as for the flights; Italcamel, Restel, Tourico and HotelsPro as regards hotels and activities, Giata for mapping and TrustYou for reviews.

Digital Magics Palermo is supporting the founders of the startup, Sergio Serafini (CFO) and Salvatore Ambrosino (COO), in their strategic and commercial development with incubation services.
