Dilium is developing the technological solution ‘Arcadia’. Thanks to Augmented Reality, Arcadia will create interactive paths within the store that will improve Customer Experience and define new points of contact with the customer. Arcadia may be used in training new employees by simulating real environments, creating gaming activities such as the Instant Win, in order to win gift cards and promotions, by framing an image or product present in the store with a smartphone and tablet.

Disignum has designed CRM 4Retail, a Cloud platform that analyses and studies customer behavior, thanks to a multi-channel system. It combines online channels (newsletters, apps, social networks, communities) and physical elements present in the store (interactive screens, sensors, smartphones, tablets) to send personalised communications to every single person, improving contact and the Company – Customer relationship, both online and while in the store.

ELIGO is a marketplace that connects elegance lovers and Made in Italy with Sartorialists, Personal Stylists expert in sartorial clothing, to create garments and accessories for men and women, tailored, customised, with fabrics coming from the best Italian producers. Once the customer has selected their Sartorialist online, they may set an appointment to create their own exclusive and high quality style, through the guide and advice of the expert, where and when they want.

ELSE Corp has designed the ELSE platform (Exclusive Luxury Shopping Experience) for brands, retailers, producers and designers, with the aim of customising and personalising products, thanks to “Virtual Retail and 3D Commerce”. ELSE enables customers to see the 3D simulation of clothing and footwear worn, to personalise and purchase them. It turns stores into new phydigital conceptual spaces, offering an innovative virtual shopping experience.

Impossible Minds has developed imFlow, a technological suite designed to create automated vocal conversational interfaces; these interfaces are cross-platform, digital, natural language-based, simple and intuitive. ImFlow enables users to integrate the virtual voice assistant, equipped with Artificial Intelligence, on multiple channels (web, app and social media) with a coordinated approach, in order to create conversations that are able to involve customers and support processes before and after the purchase of a product or service.

InTribe implements projects of customer insight data intelligence for the purpose of producing advanced analyses on consumers’ needs, lifestyles, habits and evolutions, by aggregating data from: trends, Big Data, online surveys and business touchpoints (stores, APPs, e-commerce, etc). Through gamification activities (games and contests) and thanks to Artificial Intelligence technologies and machine learning, InTribe makes participation in market surveys an interactive and engaging experience.

Optimist develops smart chatbots capable of improving the purchasing experience and to automate the processes of customer assistance, thanks to Artificial Intelligence techniques and real-time process management. By integrating the Optimist chatbots with business management and marketing systems, it is possible to profile consumers and guide them in the choice of products and services, support them in recurring purchases and online shopping and enhance loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.

Predixit develops different Marketing Automation tools, by using algorithms, Artificial Intelligence and behavioral analysis techniques, in order to customise the shopping experience starting from the behaviour “history” of the customer (how many and which products they buy, how much they usually spend). The technological platform suggests new products, promotions and dedicated messages based on customer profiling. Scratch&Screen is the mobile marketing and analytics platform for the retail market that enables users to generate qualified leads (potential customers). Wenda is a platform for real-time verification of the integrity of food and beverage products along the distribution chain, from the manufacturer to the store, thanks to IoT (Internet of Things) technology. It is possible to obtain visibility of critical points, share data between companies, know when and to what extent the product is subjected to stress, integrate traceability systems and in this way improve logistics processes and relationships with suppliers and customers, counteracting food waste.
