DIGITAL MAGICS: THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CALLS THE EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING

The Board of Directors of Digital Magics SpA, business incubator listed on the AIM Italia market (symbol: DM), organised and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, resolved to call the Shareholders in an Extraordinary Meeting, simultaneously to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled for April 29 in first call and April 30 in second call.
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is called to approve the 2018 Financial Statements, to appoint the administrative body and to authorise the purchase and sale of treasury shares.
The Extraordinary Meeting is called to amend the:
- subscription price per share for the 2018-2024 Incentive Plan and related Regulations;
- subscription price per share for the Digital Magics WIN 2018-2022 Warrants and related Regulations.
