DEPOSITION OF THE LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR APPOINTMENTS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DIGITAL MAGICS
Milan, 20 April 2019 – Digital Magics SpA, business incubator listed on the AIM Italia market (symbol: DM), organised and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that two lists of candidates have been filed for the renewal of the Digital Magics Board of Directors, on which the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is called to resolve on April 29th and April 30th 2019, respectively in first and second call.
