An innovative and unique model of integrated healthcare created to meet different needs and adaptable in each instance, a system for non-emergency treatment able to guarantee full management of the patients’ clinical pathway, thanks to the constant collaboration of qualified healthcare personnel. Chorafarma designs, builds and manages health facilities and services in places where access to them can be complicated (tourist villages, cruise ships, remote corporate offices, etc…) or where it is more appropriate to provide integrated services or first aid (pharmacies, companies, construction sites, etc…). A technological infrastructure allows doctors, patients and operators to interact, monitor and update the clinical situation constantly.
As of December 31st Withfounders holds 6.46% of the capital of the corporate vehicle Francesco Tozzi & Partners Srl, which in turn controls 49.1% of Chorafarma’s share capital, and supports the initiative with its acceleration services for the growth and technological and strategic development of the company.
