SmartIsland is a highly technological startup based in Sicily and registered in the register of innovative companies.
We believe that the internet of objects can be applied in different fields: agricultural production, public lighting, smart healthcare and urban mobility. The first product created by the start up is Smart Farm, a computer system dedicated to agriculture capable of preventing any disease, water stress, and monitoring the state of health of crops. This is possible through the use of multi-spectral cameras, capable of representing an innovative observation point for water and land control.
